Time for change? Bringing SCPHN Practice Assessment Documentation into the digital era

This article examines the need for innovation in form of Practice Assessment Documentation (PAD) SCPHN education following developments undergraduate nursing and midwifery programmes across UK, alongside regional demand poor historical practice. To successfully identify evidence base this development, a critical appraisal several papers from available literature was undertaken to examine aspects such as value contribution which technology generates enhancement student learning, theoretical drivers both an educational professional perspective. The concludes there is necessity development meeting needs students, while increasing robustness assessment process assessors. paper aims drive national PAD accordance with new Nursing Midwifery Council's Standards Proficiency plans evaluate effectiveness developed at end upcoming academic year 2022/23.
